ın arefe day my grand mother and I decıded to make su böreği.especially my uncle insisted on it.he also wanted to bake on the wood fire.because in wood fire it becomes much more delicious.ın the mornıng we sat fire and started to make it.firstly we made thin sheet of doughs and we put each of them ınto the hot water then we pulled out them from hot water and put them into the tray.my brother also helped us.while pulling out them I like eating some part of the doughs when it is wet it is very tasty I think:)I was tired so much but on the last day of the bayram nothing left from the börek so I couldnt bring some of piece here :(

Mesude i think you are almost like me.Because i am crazy about su böreği,and also i love eating dougs when it is wet and hot.In this bayram my mother made it on my insistence,too.:))
