OUR MAGNIFICENT THEATRE SHOW

In my literature lesson while we were learning analysing of short story ,our teacher wanted us to act them.We created 6 groups.In my group there are eight people -Ayaz ,Betül,Helin,Nesrin, Neslihan,Sümeyye and Zöhregül-Helin acted the man-Dimitri- in the story. She wore man cloths and we made her beard and mousthache.Betül acted the women-Anna- who deceive her husband .I read some parts of the story. Neslihan acted the wife's of husbond of Dimitri and Sümeyye daughter of him.Ayaz acted husband of Betül.Zöhregül was responsible for the music.and lastly, Nesrin acted an audience in the theatre.I think all of us acted our role perfectly.And we managed to get ten points from our teacher:)

C SCULP

I like taking photo so much.Whenever I gather with my frıends first thing I tell them"smile".They get accustomed to me but most of time they call me "crazy".espacilly I like being taken my photo different places,whenever I see a sculp I want my friends to take my photo with it.mostly I climb on them :)recently,we have been taken photos with C Sculp which is near the Devrım Stadium.Although the weather was so cold and snowy,we climbed on them :) I think all of them are crazy not only me :)

WINTER IN ANKARA

I think snow beutify Ankara.I don't like Ankara honestly.It is very dull but when in winter times I start to like here .As Yılmaz Erdogan tells"Snow suits Ankara so much".With the first snow we went out to enjoy .We made snowman ,we skied with pocket:).Furthermore we didn't sky at the same place every time we tried different places :)Also while skying we tried different styles such as we skied 7 people together hand in hand,It was very enjoyable but sometimes we hit eachother:(

MY DORMİTORY LİFE

I haven't stay at dormitory before .But I knew in university I would stay.In my first days I supposed I couldn't get accustomed dormitory life but in the course of times I get used to it .I am lucky because eight of my frıends and I stay at the same dormitory .We spend great times together we play okey,most of times we eat meal together .Generally we gather 2. floor's kitchen , prepare meals,eat them slowly because on the one hand we are making chat:)then we wash the dishes.I start to enjoy dormitory life .

ın arefe day my grand mother and I decıded to make su böreği.especially my uncle insisted on it.he also wanted to bake on the wood fire.because in wood fire it becomes much more delicious.ın the mornıng we sat fire and started to make it.firstly we made thin sheet of doughs and we put each of them ınto the hot water then we pulled out them from hot water and put them into the tray.my brother also helped us.while pulling out them I like eating some part of the doughs when it is wet it is very tasty I think:)I was tired so much but on the last day of the bayram nothing left from the börek so I couldnt bring some of piece here :(

2008 oliympic games

In my opinion the most impressive events of year is 2008 olimpic games in Beijing. A total of 10,500 athletes competed in 302 events in 28 sports. The 2008 Beijing Olympics marked the first occasion that either the Summer or Winter Games were hosted in China, making it the 22nd nation to do so. It also became the third time that Olympic events have been held in the territories of two different National Olympic Committees.A lot of preperation was made. The Chinese government promoted the Games and invested heavily in new facilities and transportation systems.A total of 37 venues were used to host the events including 12 newly constructed venues. The Games saw 43 new world records and 132 new Olympic records set.A record 87 countries won a medal during the Games. Chinese athletes won 51 gold medals Michael Phelps broke the record for most golds in one Olympics and for most career gold medals for an Olympian. Usain Bolt secured the traditional title “World’s Fastest Man” by setting new world records in the 100m and 200m dashes.

If I were a Times editor in the selection committee, I would choose EL ZEYDI as the most important and the most influential person of the year 2008.Now everyone around the world is talking about him. The 28-year-old journalist Muntazar El Zeydi has now become the hero of antiwar Bush rivals! Zeydi a correspondent for the independent El Bağdadi television station has now become a worldwide conversation piece after throwing his shoes at US President George Bush the night before last during a press conference with the Iraqi President.Throwing shoes is seen as a big insult in Arap culture.while throwing his shoes,he yelled “this is your goodbye present, dog.”Then he was arrested and nobody could get in touch with him so far. Thousands of citizens hit the streets holding slogans of support for the journalist.Moreover he has been declared a ‘hero.’ in Baghdad.
